Description:

Gara La Marche was born on August 26th, 1954 in Westerly, Rhode Island. After attending Columbia College, he served on the American Civil Liberties Union committee.  La Marche served as the Associate Director of the New York Civil Liberties Union and later the executive director of the ACLU of Texas.  He is the president of the Democracy Alliance.
