Description:
Lawrence Reisch was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1921, being educated and living in the area until 1942, when he enlisted in the Army Air Corps as an aviation cadet.  Mr. Reisch would fly 53 missions in the South Pacific as a radio operator and aerial gunner as part of a B-24 bomber crew with the 307th Bomb Group of the 372nd Squadron.  After the war, Mr. Reisch returned to Brooklyn, working in the clothing industry for twenty years.  He would work as a stock broker until his retirement in 1984.  Upon retirement, Mr. Reisch became an public advocate in his community of Monroe, New Jersey.
