Description:
Frank Fatale was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1926.  He served as a Torpedoman and Seaman Apprentice in the Navy in the Pacific Theater during World War II.  After the war, Fatale attended Long Island University and earned a business degree.  For over 30 years, Frank Fatale worked in the insurance industry.
