Description:

Mr. Robinson grew up in Rockaway, NJ and the West Windsor/Princeton, NJ area and recalls the impact of the Great Depression on those areas. He attended Rutgers University, graduating with a degree in economics in 1940. During World War II, he entered the US Army and earned a commission in the Quartermaster Corps.  He served in the 30th Infantry Division in the European Theater.  During his career, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service.
