Description: Mr. Cahill was born and raised on Staten Island, NY. He became a Sandy Hook Pilots Association apprentice in 1948, became a pilot in 1957 and worked as a pilot until 1989.  During his career, he served as President of the Pilots Association and a member of the Executive Committee.  He moved to Alexandria Township, Hampton, NJ in the 1960s, where he started his own construction firm and served on the Hunterdon County Bank Board of Directors.  He served as mayor of Alexandria Township, as well as terms of service on the board of education and the planning committee.
