Description:
Mr. Nathan Hindes was born January 13, 1922 in South River, New Jersey. He attended Rutgers in 1941, but left to join the Army and served in World War II. Hindes joined the Signal Corps and served in the European Theater. After the war, Hindes returned to Rutgers, studied ceramics engineering and graduated in 1947.
