Milton B. Lederman was born on July 29, 1921 in Poland. After immigrating to the United States, he grew up in New Brunswick, New Jersey and graduated from New Brunswick High School in 1938. At Rutgers, Mr. Lederman partook in 150-pound crew and majored in English. He graduated in the Class of 1942. After participating in the Army Specialized Training Program, Mr. Lederman ended up in the Army Air Corps in occupation duty in Linz, Austria. Following the war, Mr. Lederman settled in Rochester, New York and worked in advertising and public relations.
