Description:Dr. Horlick, having studied languages as both an undergraduate and graduate student at Rutgers College, served in US Army Military Intelligence as a language specialist in the European Theater during WWII. After the war, he served on the faculty at St. Lawrence University, then entered the public service field with the Central Intelligence Agency, the US Department of State, the US Department of Labor and the Social Security Administration. For over thirty years, he has made a name for himself as an international pension benefits expert with the International Benefits Information Service and as an author on the subject.
